I just want to thank everyone for their hard work and solidarity that keep our local moving forward. I’ve been out visiting job sites and catching up with members, and it’s great seeing our brothers and sisters out there representing Local 11 with pride and professionalism.

Our salting and top-down efforts are also making a big difference. We’re connecting with more non-union electricians and showing them what the IBEW is all about—fair pay, great benefits, and respect on the job. Every new connection helps us grow stronger together.

I want to give a big Happy Birthday to Brother Adalberto "Beto" Gonzalez! Thanks for all you do for the local, Beto. We appreciate you.
