As we enter this holiday season, we extend warm greetings to all members of IBEW Local 11. Our efforts in District 3 continue, marked by recent visits to non-union job sites in Culver City and El Segundo. Engaging directly with non-union electricians not only strengthens our presence but also fosters valuable connections within the community.

There has been noticeable interest in IBEW Local 11 among non-union workers. Many are recognizing the advantages of union representation and the support it offers in navigating the challenges of our industry. Highlighting our commitment to their professional development is crucial in these discussions.

Many recently organized members have highlighted the significance of the benefits offered by Local 11, which include superior wages, comprehensive health coverage, and ongoing training opportunities. By educating potential recruits about these advantages, we can encourage more qualified non-union electricians to consider joining our union and becoming part of a stronger workforce.
