Vote NO on NECA’s latest offer

Sisters and Brothers,

After two months of negotiations, NECA, which represents the contractors, has given us a proposal to present to the members of IBEW LU 11. While highly unacceptable, I wish to forward this to the members for a vote. Your Negotiation Committee has unanimously recommended voting NO on NECA’s latest proposal, sending us back to the negotiation table to secure a better contract.
