District 4 Report — October 2022

Greetings from The San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys. Work continues to be slow but hopefully once interest rates stabilize, developers will feel better about borrowing money to start their projects.

 Thank you, to everyone who supported District 4 by attending Our 2nd Annual Chili Cookoff. I would like to thank the District 4 Welfare Committee for their hard work and dedication to making our Welfare Committee great.

I would also like to give a shout out to RENEW and The Solidarity Committee and to all the other volunteers who worked extremely hard to help make this a great success.
