District 4 Report — June 2022

Greetings from District 4. 

I hope you and your families are doing well.  Summer is here and I think the work picture will improve soon. 

There are many exciting jobs planned for the San Fernando Valley.  Hopefully the Metro project connecting the North Hollywood Station to the Sylmar Station by train will start soon.  The maintenance yard will be right in the heart of Van Nuys. 

Stan Kroenke just purchased an office tower on 25 acres next to the property where he plans on building the Rams training facility.  The property is ripe for a development similar to what is being built next to SoFi Stadium.
