District 1 South Report — September 2022

Intuit Dome/Clippers Arena – The steel for the project is moving at a good pace which will prompt the increase of manpower. It’s still a couple of weeks away from the need for more electrical workers. CSI, SASCO, Procal, Touchstone and GECTWO are the current electrical contractors.

Weingart Tower – The steel is going up at 6th and San Pedro where the new tower is being constructed beside the Old Tower. SASCO is on the project.

ELAC Southgate Educational Center – This is a large campus that is getting closer to all the soil remediation being completed. Cupertino Electric has been awarded this project and will need manpower soon.

Olympic and Hill – SASCO has been awarded this tower as the excavation work continues by the developer Onni Group. It’s still a bit away from needing manpower.
