Refinery Report – July 2022

The refinery work picture is looking pretty good right now. California Spectra has a couple of good-sized projects they will need Journey persons for.

Cal Spectra is looking to put in calls for Phillips 66 Refinery and the Watson Cogen project in the coming weeks.

Contra Costa Electric has a very large project at Phillips 66 refinery in Wilmington where they will need approximately 40 members for a project which will go through the end of the year. The RSO 20 and TWIC card are required to take a job call on these projects.

World Energy Refinery in Paramount is preparing to bust open for the major portion of building at this brand-new refinery. Newtron Electric will be placing calls for members in the later part of this month.

Newtron Electric is looking to bring on many more members at the Paramount / World Energy Refinery. To take a job call to Newtron, members will need the RSO 20, the OSHA 30, and the NFPA 70E course certificate, and members must be fully vaccinated.
