District 1 North Report — June 2022

Greetings from District One North., Brothers and Sisters. I hope this report finds you and your families well. 

A reminder that D1 meetings are on the second Wednesday of the month at 5 p.m.  The meetings are currently hybrid format, in-person at the Commerce Hall and via Zoom.  Watch your email for the Zoom registration form each month.   

With summer upon us, the temperatures are increasing.  Remember to stay hydrated and watch out for your Brothers and Sisters who might not be drinking enough.  Heat-related illness can be deadly. 

We are continuing to see LAUSD work, Prop HHH, hospital work and some mixed use coming to the D1N area.  We are still watching for the buildings along Sunset in Hollywood to get started. 

Let’s keep looking out for each other on the job.  We are always stronger and safer together.
