District 4 — July Report

Greetings from District 4.

Not much has changed since my last report. We are still dealing with this pandemic that is affecting our personal lives more than our professional lives. The work picture is looking good now and to come for District 4. Hopefully, we get past this pandemic soon, so we can get on with our lives.
