The IBEW Local 11/Kinkisharyo Code of Excellence committee in Palmdale is made up of IBEW local 11 members as well as Kinkisharyo Management. Since inception in 2017 they have improved quality, safety, morale and attendance in the facility. Along with those improvements they have implemented the “Employee of the Quarter” program that recognizes members who have shown excellence in quality, attendance, cleanliness, and teamwork.
